  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document storage
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and ordering office supplies to keep the workspace well-stocked and functional

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry tasks
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer support roles
