At 2 Local Gals Housekeeping, we are growing by the day! We are always on the lookout for qualified professionals that are interested in working for a great company to grow with. 2 Local Gals has been serving the greater Wasatch area since 1999 and has grown a lot to over 30 people that work for us. The demand has been very high so we need a few great cleaners that are dependable, hard working, and honest.

As an independent contractor with 2 Local Gals, you will travel to our customer’s homes or offices (individually or in teams) to perform routine cleaning tasks, including basic and deep cleaning, as well as some organizational work. This is a part/full-time cleaning opportunity (25-45 hrs/wk) with possible hours from 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week. You get to pick your hours using our online system, and the office schedules you accordingly. We offer competitive compensation, paid weekly through direct deposit. ($22-$27/hour)

  • A TEAM PLAYER with a great attitude – Working with a team is fun and helps on really big homes. We need someone who is an optimist, who sees the glass as half full.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUSED – Our customers’ are usually working professionals who need us to help them regain confidence by taking the burden of housekeeping off their plate. If you enjoy helping people and making people happy, you’ll enjoy working with 2 Local Gals!
  • DEPENDABLE – When we promise to be at customers’ homes, we don’t mess around! You’ll need a dependable car AND a valid driver’s license to get to our customers’ homes. Being on time, every time, is a hallmark of trust and respect.
  • HONEST – We require each candidate to pass a nationwide criminal background check, drug screens, and display a high level of honesty and integrity at all times.
  • ENERGETIC / GO GETTER– This is a fast-paced, physically and mentally challenging job! You’ll be doing a lot of bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking. You should be able to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS – When you speak or write, it should always be professional, clear and concise. English doesn’t have to be your first language but being able to read and write English is required.
  • DETAIL ORIENTED – We expect our professional cleaners to notice every detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • MULTI-TASKER – We are constantly juggling many different tasks at one time. It is very important to be able to manage your time effectively to ensure you complete your projects on time.
