Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team for the 2nd shift. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth hotel operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using multi-line phone systems
  • Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Handle guest requests for amenities, information, or assistance with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing information
  • Conduct night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently
  • Ensure the front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is advantageous
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest relations best practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while providing courteous service during busy periods
