Duties

- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer reservations, inquiries, and internal communications
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent guest relations at all times
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and customer service excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
- Previous hotel management or front desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest services
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with tact and diplomacy
- Familiarity with resort environments is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
