Job Overview
Join our vibrant food court team as a Food Court Attendant, where your energy and enthusiasm will create a welcoming environment for guests seeking quick, delicious meals. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face ensuring smooth food service operations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of food items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties and balancing registers at the end of shifts
• Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards and proper food handling practices
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Strong culinary background with knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to boost sales and enhance guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and grocery store operations
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters positive guest interactions
