Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Cleaner and play a vital role in creating a spotless, welcoming environment for our guests and residents. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to meet health standards
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques
• Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and general upkeep
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure all cleaning procedures adhere to safety and sanitation protocols in line with health regulations

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings preferred
• Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and floor care techniques highly desirable
• Familiarity with laundry processes and sanitation standards required
• Background in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous
• Hands-on experience with cleaning tools such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and disinfectants is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
