Ocean House is Hiring: Experienced Host (Full-Time/Part-Time) We are seeking a professional, friendly, and experienced Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests promptly with a positive attitude Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Answer phones and handle takeout orders Assist with packing takeout/online orders accurately and efficiently Maintain organization of the host stand and dining flow Communicate effectively with servers and management

Ensure the entrance and lobby area remain clean and presentable Provide excellent customer service at all times Requirements: Previous restaurant host experience is REQUIRED (no exceptions) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable, punctual, and well-organized Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable handling high guest volume and wait times

Open availability is highly preferred (including weekends and holidays) Must be ready to start immediately We are looking for someone who can represent our restaurant with professionalism and keep operations running smoothly during busy service.
