- Oversee the front desk operations during evening shifts, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes

- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality or hotel experience preferred, with a solid understanding of resort or hotel operations
