We are a creative company in Dubai that designs advertising displays, brand visuals, and exhibition setups. We are growing quickly and are looking for a Sanding Helper to join our production team. This is a great chance to learn and work in a hands-on role with exciting projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help sand and smooth surfaces using hand and power tools
• Prepare surfaces by removing paint, rough spots, and marks.
• Prepared surfaces by cleaning and readying them for painting, staining, or coating applications.
• Collaborated with painters, carpenters, and team members to complete projects on time.
• Performed touch-ups and ensured a smooth, high-quality final finish on all surfaces.
• Maintained a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout all project phases.
• Followed safety protocols and consistently used appropriate protective gear on-site.

Job Qualifications:

• Some basic knowledge of sanding and surface prep (or willing to learn)
• Ready to learn and grow in a hands-on job
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Careful and focused on doing quality work
• Physically fit and okay with manual work
