CCL Fencing & Outdoors is a growing premium fence and outdoor company serving Nixa, Springfield, Ozark, Republic, and surrounding areas.

We are looking for Laborers and helpers who don’t mind working out side.

This is a physical position working out side !

Compensation

• $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
• Paid holidays (per company policy)

Responsibilities

• Dig holes
• carry materials
• pressure wash
• Ensure Company standards
• Communicate professionally on Site Foreman
• Follow job site safety and cleanliness
• Load trucks with materials for the day
• Ability to follow directions

Requirements

• Fence installation experience preferred, but not needed
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to show up on time every day
• Dependable
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Physical Requirements

• Lift 80+ lbs
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions every day
• Ability to dig, lift, carry, and perform physical labor daily
