Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms (make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum)
- Replenish towels, linens, and guest supplies
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items
- Clean public areas and restrooms (if assigned)
- Follow safety, hygiene, and privacy standards
- Respond to guest requests politely and promptly
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
- Basic communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
