Job Description
As our Sales Manager Leisure, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the leisure segment. With your strong network, passion for hospitality, and ability to close deals, you will showcase one of the world’s most iconic hotel and position us as the preferred choice for leisure travelers in the UAE and beyond.
What you will be doing
- Proactively source and secure new leisure business through travel agencies, OTAs, tour operators, and wholesalers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across regional and international leisure markets.
- Conduct prospecting, client visits, sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to generate leads, close contracts, and promote the property.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with local, regional, and international leisure accounts, ensuring long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to align offers, promotions, and guest experiences with market demand.
- Organize familiarization trips (FAMs) to showcase the hotel’s unique offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, account production, and forecasts to track performance and opportunities.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role
- Proven track record in proactive sales n the hospitality, with a strong focus on the leisure segment (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Existing network of travel trade partners and leisure distribution channels.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
