Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Pre-Prep team, including printing, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and support with data entry as required.
  • Assist with the preparation of letters, notices, and parent communication.
  • Manage and respond to routine emails and requests in a timely manner.
  • Support the reception team during busy periods as required.

Event & Operational Support

  • Assist with the set-up and pack-down of Pre-Prep events, assemblies, and activities.
  • Provide logistical support for trips, workshops, and parent events.
  • Help coordinate resources and materials needed for classroom and school events.

General Office Duties

  • Maintain stationery and supplies for Pre-Prep staff.
  • Support with the organisation of shared spaces and resources.
  • Liaise with other school departments (Facilities, IT, etc.) to resolve day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with the school’s policies and procedures.

Team & Culture

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent support to staff, pupils, and parents.
  • Uphold the ethos and values of Cranleigh Abu Dhabi in all aspects of work.
  • Contribute positively to the Pre-Prep environment by being proactive, approachable, and professional.

Note : This is a support role. Responsibilities may be adjusted to meet the operational needs of the Pre-Prep campus.
