Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning and hospitality, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Duties

  • Perform general housekeeping tasks including cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
  • Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
  • Follow established protocols for safety and sanitation to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff on best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality is preferred.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning supplies.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Must be able to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
