Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Property: Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown – The Gulch

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in both food quality and guest experience.

BASIC JOB FUNCTION:

To provide direction and leadership within the restaurant to enhance the guest’s experience according to Company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directs and operates the Restaurant including supervising all SILO and IRD associates.
• Oversees the daytoday responsibilities of the Restaurant: station assignments, opening, and closing side work duties, endof shift reports.
• Guides, coaches, trains, and inspire associates. Promotes teamwork, and enhances the overall service experience and maximum productivity.
• Works with the food and beverage team to provide the highest level of culinary experience.
• Maintains high levels of hygiene, safety and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and local department authorities.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of restaurant supervisor experience
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe and TIPS certification required at the time employment begins
