Position Summary

Comfort Inn is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. This position is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours, assisting guests, completing nightly audit procedures, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient hotel operation. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while upholding hotel standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Night Auditor Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the overnight shift
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions accurately
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate financial and operational records
• Monitor the front desk and lobby area to help maintain safety, security, and cleanliness
• Communicate important overnight updates to management and day shift staff
• Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed to address overnight guest or property needs

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remain productive during overnight hours
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance required
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient when handling guest concerns

Position Type

Part-time, Friday – Sunday.
