Pariso Logistics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing trucking and logistics company in Tonawanda, NY. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Monitor and respond to company emails
  • Process and review credit applications
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Enter and track haul tickets from company-owned and hired dump trucks
  • Review, correct, and approve hired truck invoices
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files
  • Manage and update employee time-off calendar
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred
  • Payroll experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
