Job Summary
The Hotel Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position combines front desk responsibilities with accounting tasks, providing exceptional customer service to guests while maintaining accurate financial records. Duties

• Conduct night audits, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Provide outstanding customer service at the front desk, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, assisting guests with reservations and information requests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and ensure all areas are clean and organized.
• Prepare daily reports for management, summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance guest relations and services.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in night audit processes and familiarity with hotel accounting software is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
