Responsibilities:

– Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency
– Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed
– Assist with setting up and organizing the kitchen before and after each event
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
– Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
