RV Service Advisor

Nomadic Camper & RV Repair – Christiansburg, VA

Nomadic Camper & RV Repair is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

This position is the front line of our business, helping customers, scheduling service work, ordering parts, and keeping our shop running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a growing company, we want to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM NO weekends!

Pay:$16.00 – $18.50 per hour (Pay based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls
• Schedule RV service appointments
• Create and build customer invoices
• Check customers in and out during service visits
• Order and locate RV parts
• Communicate with manufacturers for parts and product information
• Send and respond to emails
• Maintain and enter inventory into the system
• Organize parts and lobby displays
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment
• Assist with light shop support such as sweeping bay areas after repairs
• Help keep daily shop operations organized and efficient

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and office software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional attitude and_ reliability (also don’t apply if your not reliable) _
• Willingness to learn and be trained

Preferred (Not Required)

• Customer service experience
• Administrative or office experience
• Service writer or advisor experience
• Automotive or RV industry experience
