Duties

- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional
- Perform clerical duties
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
