About the Role:

Coastal Shore Vacations is seeking a friendly, organized, and hospitality-focused Guest Care Specialist to join our growing team on Virginia’s Eastern Shore. This position plays a key role in creating exceptional vacation experiences for our guests before, during, and after their stay. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

· Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms

· Assist guests with reservations, property details, and vacation planning

· Provide check-in instructions and helpful information about the property and local area

· Address guest concerns during their stay and coordinate solutions with housekeeping, maintenance and operations teams

· Ensure reservations and guest records are accurate in our property management system

· Follow up with guests to ensure a positive experience and encourage 5-star reviews

· Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all guest and owner communication

What You’ll Bring:

· 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, hotel, or vacation rental experience preferred

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks

· Detail-oriented and highly organized work habits

· Proficient with computers and online systems, including Microsoft Office Suite

· Weekend and holiday availability required
