Associates Hospitality Management is seeking a highly experienced Taskforce General Manager to join our leadership team. This role is designed for a results-driven hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly step into hotels that need immediate operational leadership, stability, and performance improvement.

Our Impact GMs are elite operators who lead from the front, stabilize operations, mentor property teams, and drive financial performance across our portfolio of select-service and extended-stay hotels.

What You Will Do

As the Taskforce GM Leader, you will be deployed to hotels across the portfolio to provide temporary leadership and operational support. Assignments may include leadership transitions, operational turnarounds, training initiatives, and new leadership onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

· Step in as acting General Manager during leadership transitions or operational challenges

· Quickly assess hotel operations and implement immediate performance improvements

· Drive accountability around labor management, forecasting, and expense control

· Ensure compliance with brand standards, QA readiness, and guest satisfaction metrics

· Coach and mentor on-property leaders including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams

· Stabilize team culture and reinforce company service and leadership standards

· Support ownership initiatives around revenue optimization, cost control, and operational discipline

· Partner with corporate leadership to execute strategic operational plans

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable hospitality professional with a strong background in hotel operations and a proven ability to lead teams through change.

Qualifications include:

· 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager

· Experience with Hilton and/or Marriott (Full-Service & Extended Stay)

· Demonstrated success improving financial performance and operational execution: ProfitSword | HotelEffectiveness

· Strong leadership presence with the ability to build credibility quickly with teams

· Ability to analyze P&L performance and drive corrective action

· Strong knowledge of labor management, forecasting, and brand compliance

· Willingness to travel 75–100% across multiple states
