We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support our CEO .The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and prior experience working in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidates : Proficency in English, urdu and Hindi .

  • Experience working in Dubai or the UAE hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Immediately available candidates will be prioritized.
