Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and dedication will create a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. Weekends are required! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction, ensuring every visitor experiences comfort, safety, and a sense of home away from home. Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to uphold hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and recreational spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold safety standards.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality service while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Must be available weekends and MUST have reliable transportation
• WE HAVE A STRICT CALL OFF POLICY in effect!!!!!!

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or similar hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards to anticipate guest needs effectively.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies for efficient maintenance tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning under time constraints.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
