Holiday Inn Knoxville North is looking for a reliable, team-oriented Cook to join our Food & Beverage team! We are dedicated to providing excellent service and quality dining experiences to our guests, and we need someone who shares that passion.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to brand standards and recipes
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory, food preparation, and stocking supplies as needed
• Work as part of a team to support the restaurant, banquets, and room service operations

Requirements:

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience required (hotel/restaurant background a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
