Job Overview

Hamburg Inn No. 2 is looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our Front of House team. Our servers play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest. We’re seeking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
• Manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items and make recommendations
• Guide guests through their dining experience from start to finish
• Accurately take orders and communicate with fellow staff
• Handle guest payments and operate the POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Work collaboratively with other Front of House team members

Schedule

• Early morning through evening shifts available
• Most shifts are 4–8 hours
• Both full-time and part-time availability welcome

Requirements

• At least 1 year of serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
• Must complete iPact certification (can be completed after hiring)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
