We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales person n to join our team. As the Sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate our value proposition and drive sales success.
Responsibilities:
- Actively and effectively sell room nights through public relations, advertising, community engagement, sales blitzes, direct mail campaigns, and creative ideas
- Analyze the strengths and challenges of all competitive hotels in the area
- Develop and maintain sales / marketing plans and sales budget with Ownership and General Manager to ensure maximation of room revenue during low occupancy periods
- Plan creative direct selling opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Skills and Requirements:

- Brand experience with IHG, Choice Hotels and similar Hotel Franchise is highly preferred
- Ability to develop an understanding company policies, procedures, and best practice in guest service
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite with a priority in Word and Excel required
- Valid Driver’s License required
