• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional guest support as needed
• Support food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing under the guidance of kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations, dining rooms, and hallways
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation protocols

<Requirements>

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during busy shifts
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Familiarity with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen experience is advantageous
• A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create welcoming guest interactions
