In this role, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods to generate new leads and running company-generated appointments with homeowners who are ready to move forward with tree services. Our sales process is simple and effective—identify tree health or safety concerns, educate the homeowner, and provide a solution. ArborMed handles the operations and service delivery while you focus on what you do best: closing deals and building relationships with customers.

We offer a guaranteed base salary of $1,000 paid bi-weekly, along with the highest commission structure in the industry, allowing top performers to significantly exceed the $120K earnings target. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and controlling their income through performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass targeted neighborhoods to identify potential tree service opportunities
• Generate new leads and schedule estimates with homeowners
• Run company-provided appointments with ready-to-sign customers
• Educate customers on tree health, risk mitigation, and recommended services
• Build trust with homeowners and close sales on-site
• Represent ArborMed professionally in the community
