We’re looking for an friendly, organized and reliable Office Assistant to support our business operation. This role is key to supporting our team, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations professionally.
  • Answer phones, emails, and handle messages efficiently and courteously.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and keep the workspace tidy.
  • Support invoicing, scaling trucks, and administrative projects.
  • Oversee rental property management and office events.
  • Perform data entry and prepare reports as needed.
  • Learn and use Microsoft Office and Teams; bilingual skills are a plus!
