We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front Office Supervisor who is fluent in Arabic and/or English to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will lead the front desk team in delivering seamless, personalized service and will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience, particularly for our Arabic-speaking guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front office operations.
  • Act as a key contact for Arabic-speaking guests, providing support and assistance in their preferred language.
  • Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments while ensuring accuracy in billing and guest preferences.
  • Ensure all guests receive a warm, efficient, and personalized experience.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly that arise to maintain guest satisfaction, ensure that all issues escalated to the Front office leaders.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory in coordination with the Reservations and Housekeeping departments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company service standards at all times.
  • Train, guide, and motivate front desk agents to maintain service excellence.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct shift briefings and prepare daily reports for management.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hotel or Resort, as Front Office Supervisor
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management , Hotel Management
  • Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and/or English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
