Kids Club Attendant

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children while ensuring the highest standards of care and attention. This role includes planning and supervising age-appropriate activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for young guests and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children during activities and playtime, always ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Organize and conduct recreational and educational activities (arts & crafts, storytelling, games, etc.).
  • Organize and prepare for seasonal events and celebrations (e.g., Christmas, Easter, New Year).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized Kids Club environment.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are safe, age-appropriate, and properly maintained.
  • Welcome children and parents, explain the facilities, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Keep accurate attendance records and report any incidents to the supervisor or management.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a childcare, nursery, or recreational role is required.
  • Certified in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain upon hiring).
  • Energetic, creative, and able to engage children in a positive and respectful manner. Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
