• Job Title: Tractor Shuttle Driver
• Entity: Cooperstown All Star Village
• Reports To: Transportation Supervisor
• Pay Range: $18-$20/hr.
• Location: Oneonta, NY
• Anticipated Start Date: 5/30/26

Position Summary:

The Tractor Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests during the summer season at Cooperstown All Star Village.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport guests to and from their destination on campus.
• Ability to drive a tractor and/or golf cart.
• Assist guests on and off tractor shuttles.
• Ability to clearly communicate on a two-way radio professionally.
• Aid guests with personal belongings such as luggage on and off tractor shuttles.
• Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Preferred:

• Previous transportation experience.
• Experience driving tractors.

Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:

• May be exposed to extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
