Responsibilities

  • Efficiently perform all check-in tasks, including greeting guests, verifying reservations, and assigning rooms. Conduct check-out procedures, settle final bills, and process payments.
  • Respond promptly to guest questions about hotel services, amenities, and policies.
  • Provide information on local attractions, dining, transportation, and events.
  • Address and resolve guest issues or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle online, phone, and in-person bookings, including cancellations and modifications.
  • Keep the reception and lobby areas tidy and presentable. Monitor and order office supplies when necessary.
  • Manage the washing, drying, and folding of hotel linens (towels, sheets, and pillowcases) throughout the shift.
