Job Summary
Front Desk Agent; Open 24//7

The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, supporting daily hotel operations, and ensuring a smooth start to each day.

Duties

  • Greeting and assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
  • Handling reservations, guest calls, and providing friendly customer service.
  • Processing payments accurately and maintaining proper records.
  • Monitoring and reporting safety or security concerns.
  • Supporting sales efforts, promotions, and upselling rooms or services.
  • Securing long-term tenants, encouraging renewals directly, and reducing third-party booking costs.
  • Documenting any issued discount codes and ensuring they are not used without prior approval.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Communication Requirement

The employee must have access to a smartphone and is expected to remain available on the internal chat system 100% of the time while on property.
Maximum response time: 5 minutes.

Additional Requirement

  • Must be tech-savvy, comfortable using apps and property systems, and willing to learn and grow with the company
