Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties as required.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, brewing processes, and beverage trends.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing.
• Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
