Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and welcoming overnight experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will oversee the night-time operations of the hotel, manage guest inquiries, and ensure all financial and administrative tasks are accurately completed. Your proactive approach will help maintain our high standards of guest service and operational excellence during the overnight shift, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth.
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with enthusiasm.
• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette to address guest inquiries or direct calls appropriately.
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk procedures, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels.
