Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Agent (Night Auditor)to be the first point of contact for our guests at our vibrant resort. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately
- Assist guests with concierge services, including providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Maintain accurate guest records, handle special requests, and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Bilingual skills in additional languages are highly advantageous for serving our diverse clientele
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Previous hotel experience that demonstrates adaptability in a fast-paced environment
