We are hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer who wants to earn $80,000–$120,000+ per year while delivering an elite customer experience.

Our dealership is growing rapidly and we are building one of the strongest service teams in Kentucky. We are looking for a high-performing Service Advisor who takes pride in organization, communication, and customer relationships.

Compensation

$80,000 – $120,000+ per year

Responsibilities

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will:

• Greet customers and understand their service needs
• Write accurate repair orders and maintain organized documentation
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly
• Use digital inspection tools, photos, and video to explain repairs
• Utilize Xtime scheduling and service software properly
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team
• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships
• Deliver an exceptional service experience that drives 5-star reviews and CSI
