Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized and efficient Secretary (Arabic) to provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and ensure smooth communication in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle calls, emails, scheduling, and office correspondence.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain documents in both Arabic and English.
  • Translation: Translate emails, documents, and reports between Arabic and English.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes in Arabic.
  • Client Relations: Assist Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • General Office Assistance: Manage office supplies, handle data entry, and support team members.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native Arabic and proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and organizational skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred:

  • Additional Languages: Knowledge of other languanges is a plus.
