- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
- Support office management activities such as supply inventory
- Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical background with a focus on customer service and administrative support
- Proven ability to operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
