Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction across the property. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to maintaining our reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms and facilities to verify cleanliness, floor care, and overall appearance.
• Coordinate scheduling and task assignments to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues related to cleanliness or service.
• Working directly with other departments to best welcome our guests.

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles, with a strong background in janitorial or industrial cleaning.

Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and safety compliance.
