Graphic Designer / LFP Machine Operator (Entry Level)

Job Responsibilities:

Create and edit designs for flyers, banners, brochures, signage, and other marketing materials.
Use software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools for design tasks.
Operate large format printing machines to produce high-quality prints for signage and advertising.
Created accurate color profiles using advanced knowledge of X-Rite color management tools.
Set up print jobs, adjust machine settings, and monitor print quality.
Handle media loading, ink refilling, and basic troubleshooting of printing equipment.
Assist with lamination, cutting, mounting, and finishing of print materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area.
Manage print jobs from start to finish, including loading materials, monitoring runs, and completing finishing tasks.
Coordinate with design and production teams to meet client specifications and deadlines.
Diagnosed and resolved minor technical issues such as misfeeds, print errors, and mechanical malfunctions.
Escalated major technical problems to maintenance teams or external service providers for timely resolution.
Monitored material usage and waste to optimize resource efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Maintained accurate records of completed print jobs, equipment maintenance, and process adjustments.
Adhered strictly to safety protocols when operating printing machinery and handling production materials.

Job Qualifications:

2–3 years of relevant experience in the home country.
UAE Freshers who are looking for their first opportunity are welcome to apply.
Advanced working knowledge of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design related software’s
Familiarity with digital printing and large-format printing machines.
Good eye for detail, creativity, and color accuracy.
Ability to work independently and under supervision.
Willingness to learn and adapt to UAE market standards and printing practices.
