Must be able to communicate in English very clearly. Excellent demeanor on phone and while talking in person with guests. Able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Did I mention a pleasant, friendly personality? Someone who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of local area very helpful, but can be taught. Willingness to learn and work well with others in a close environment.
