Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant staff to join our team at the Destin, FL location. We have seasonal and permanent part time positions. As our restaurant team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with menu selections
• Preparing and assembling food orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Handling transactions at the point of sale
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in fluent English is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends is a must.
