Roast Sandwich House is seeking a dependable and hardworking Prep / Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations. This role focuses on food preparation and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment to ensure efficient service and high food quality.

Food Preparation

• Marinate meats according to Roast recipes and standards
• Slice proteins, vegetables, and other ingredients
• Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
• Label, date, and properly store prepared food
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Kitchen Cleaning & Organization

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
• Sanitize prep surfaces, equipment, and tools
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning tasks
• Take out trash and maintain clean storage areas

Dishwashing

• Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Operate dishwashing station safely and efficiently
• Keep dish area clean and stocked
