Barista – Kandu Coffee (Early Mornings, Possibly Opening 4pm-7pm hours as well)

Location: Holmen, WI
Schedule: Early mornings required (opening shift starts at 6:00am)
Job Type: Part-time (with potential for more hours)
Pay: Competitive hourly wage + tips (based on experience)

We’re a locally owned, fast-growing coffee business opening a new drive-thru location in Holmen. We focus on high-quality drinks, efficient service, and genuine customer connection. This is not a chaotic chain coffee job, we care about consistency, cleanliness, and doing things right.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented barista who can confidently handle early mornings and fast-paced service. You’ll be one of the first faces our customers see—so professionalism and warmth matter.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffees, teas, and specialty beverages
• Operate drive-thru POS and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Open the shop and complete opening procedures independently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service during peak hours
• Follow recipes and systems (consistency matters here)

What We’re Looking For

• Must be available for early morning shifts (6:00am start)
• Dependable, punctual, and self-directed
• Comfortable working at a fast pace
• Barista or food service experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Able to stand for long periods and work independently
