About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Logistic Officer to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth logistical support across the organization. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, and office management.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain logistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Organize travel arrangements, transport, and accommodations for staff as required.
  • Monitor office assets, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation related to administration and logistics.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in administration and/or logistics.
  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
