Asset Preservation is hiring a Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support day-to-day office flow. This role is client-facing, fast-moving, and especially critical during tax season. If you can juggle tasks, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional, welcoming demeanor
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- Manage calendars and schedule client appointments
- Scan and process incoming client documents
- Receive, distribute, and send outgoing mail
- Maintain reception area, including stocking drinks and snacks
- Support administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
Work Schedule
- Standard business hours outside of tax season
- Tax season hours vary and will require some late nights
(Flexibility is required; this is not a clock-watcher’s role)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or front-desk experience preferred
- Experience in the Financial Industry
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
- “Ready to help” attitude with strong customer service instincts
- Proficiency with office tools (Outlook, calendars, Office 365, scanners, basic software)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
